Erica McCue serves as director of events at AFPI, where she leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization's events nationwide. She oversees AFPI's event strategy and annual calendar, delivering conferences, policy forums, donor events, and leadership gatherings that advance the America First agenda and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders.
Before joining AFPI, McCue spent four years as events director at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, executing more than 75 high-impact policy and fundraising events annually and collaborating with Governor Abbott's team to implement the largest school choice program in the country.
McCue attended Florida International University and is proud of her Cuban heritage. She lives in Texas with her husband, Zach, and their daughter.
