Royce Hood serves as a Policy Analyst for the China Policy Initiative at AFPI. He previously interned at the Claremont Institute's Center for the American Way of Life while also an American Moment Fellow for American Statecraft. Prior to his work in D.C., he worked in campaign communications for city council and school board races in his home state of Texas. He holds a B.S. in Political Science with an Economics minor from Texas A&M University, graduating in 2022. In his free time, his hobbies include weightlifting, history, and political philosophy.
