Stacey Schieffelin is a nationally recognized leader at the intersection of policy, culture, and American enterprise. She serves as Chair of the America First Women’s Initiative and Chief External Affairs Officer at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), helping advance one of the nation’s leading policy organizations with strategic vision and principled leadership.

As Chair, Stacey leads the T.R.U.T.H. Initiative — a values-driven national platform championing Transparency in Government, Revitalization and Reaffirmation of women’s roles in America, Unity across cultural and political divides, Trust in the goodness, greatness and enduring strength of our Nation, and Health for our minds, bodies, spirit and lands for future generations. Her work is grounded in strengthening families, expanding economic opportunity and prosperity, safeguarding faith and freedom, and equipping women to lead with courage, clarity, and conviction.

As Chief External Affairs Officer and Director of Talent & Culture, she impacts AFPI’s national engagement strategy across communications, partnerships, development, alumni relations, coalition-building, and talent cultivation. She plays a central role in mentoring emerging leaders and fostering a mission-aligned culture rooted in excellence, integrity, and service. In complementary leadership, she serves as Senior Advisor for Events & Experiences, guiding high-profile summit and policy forums that elevate national dialogue and advance the Institute’s mission across the country.

A seasoned entrepreneur with a 40-year global career, Stacey built and scaled brands featured on LIVE television shopping networks in 28 countries. Beginning as an international Ford model in New York City, she rose to prominence in the beauty industry and later co-founded Women’s Leadership LIVE to equip female entrepreneurs with mentorship and strategic support.

Raised in a proud third-generation cattle ranching family on Florida soil, Stacey’s foundation is rooted in faith, resilience, and a deep respect for American enterprise. Stacey was married to her beloved late husband for 30 years, David, a Harvard graduate, brilliant businessman and steadfast supporter of all her missions. A devoted mother and grandmother, she leads with an enduring belief in the promise of America.
