Protecting Life, Strengthening Families, Restoring Values.
The Family First Campaign is dedicated to protecting life, strengthening families, and restoring shared American values. Our goal is to uphold our founding principles, which includes ensuring religious freedom, maintaining parents’ God-given rights to raise their children without government interference, affirming the life of every American, both born and preborn, and safeguarding biological reality. As we return to the ideals that made this nation great, we will build a stronger, healthier, freer, and more united future for all Americans.
Defend religious liberty: We advocate for the protection of parental rights and the recognition of religious freedoms, including the ability to make informed decisions about vaccinations in alignment with personal beliefs and values.
Protect women’s sports: We support efforts to ensure fairness in women’s sports by promoting policies protecting opportunities for female athletes in alignment with Title IX.
Defend children and restore parental rights: We are committed to defending children and restoring parental rights.
Biological Reality on Men and Women: We support efforts to defend biological women from gender ideology extremism and to promote policies recognizing biological truth within federal guidelines.
Protect American families: We are dedicated to supporting women in difficult situations through our H.O.P.E. Agenda by promoting life-affirming resources, strengthening families through preventative care, and improving support systems for foster children and adoptive families.
H.O.P.E. Agenda- The HOPE Agenda is a 20-point pro-life, pro-family, pro-woman state policy framework aimed at caring for the two lives involved, the mother and child. Our goal is to provide support for women as they thrive in both their careers and motherhood alongside their children, encouraging family-building, supporting involvement of the community and pregnancy centers in the provision of support services as well as foster care and adoption resources, and more. This Agenda recognizes that compassion and support are needed when creating policy focused on the health, opportunity, prosperity, and empowerment of women, the unborn, and their families. With the aim of reducing the number of abortions and providing necessary resources during challenging situations, the HOPE Agenda serves as a unifying framework that captivates the very essence of what it means to be pro-life — compassionately caring for all lives involved and uplifting the family as the foundation of society.
Biblical Foundations- Since the inception of America First Policy Institute, the Biblical Foundations Project was designed to equip Americans of faith in with empowering language to speak to the core moral issues challenging our nation’s future. The original (since it's being rewritten) America First Agenda: 10 Pillars for Restoring a Nation Under God document interpreted the policy objectives through the lens of their biblical foundations and applications, providing Christians with information regarding the issues and solutions needed to restore our nation. The Biblical Foundations Project 2.0 will continue to equip pastors, churches, and all people of faith with language that will empower them to speak to the core issues challenging America’s future, and more. The goal: Inspire people to articulate why America First policies are not only the right direction for the American people but are also grounded in the eternal truth of Scripture. These truths include the dignity of life, the reality of two genders, the sanctity of female safe spaces, the protection of children and mothers, and the rights of Americans to live in communities free from violence or to attend a university without exposure to woke propaganda and antisemitism and more.
The Women’s Initiative - The America First Women’s Initiative envisions an America in search of T.R.U.T.H. We set forth the following principles as the core of a new movement for women: Transparency, Revitalization, Unity, Trust, and Health. With foundations based in Kellyanne Conway’s S.A.F.E. Agenda, the T.R.U.T.H. Initiative celebrates the strength and resilience of women and mothers, reminding them of their important role in society and inspiring them to be warriors in a movement that will Save the Nation for generations to come.

In 2000, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved two drugs, mifepristone and misoprostol (mifepristone and misoprostol may also be referred to as chemical abortion, abortion with pills, drugs, and medication), for the sole purpose of terminating a pregnancy.
This Act protects parents’ ability to make reasonable child-rearing decisions by ensuring that age-appropriate independence, educational choices, and ordinary family circumstances are not misclassified as neglect. It clarifies the legal standard for state intervention, limits unnecessary investigations and removals, and ensures that child-welfare resources remain focused on cases involving actual harm or immediate danger, thereby strengthening family autonomy and safeguarding the integrity of the home.
On December 18, 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2026. The NDAA, which Congress has passed every year since 1961, plays an important role in the defense of the homeland, reauthorizing budget priorities that support our military and provide them with the tools necessary for the fulfillment of the United States’ foreign policy objectives.
This week, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) filed a pivotal Amicus Brief in the Supreme Court case St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Lisa Roy that has the potential to overturn 35 years of erroneous precedent, returning America to the religious freedom promised in the Bill of Rights.
