AFPI Condemns VA Redistricting Manipulation

Washington, DC – The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) released the following statement from Brett Tolman, Chair of American Justice at AFPI: 

“Virginia’s misleading ballot initiative delivered a blatantly gerrymandered map. This power grab distorts voter will and undermines fair representation. The initiative’s intentionally confusing language deceived voters under the false promise of ‘restoring fairness.’”

AFPI condemns this manipulation of redistricting and will support legal efforts to restore constitutional, fair maps that accurately reflect the people of Virginia.
