Emma Gibson

Emma serves as a Communications Specialist, focusing on media relations, social media strategy, and advancing America First messaging across platforms.

A proud Southern California native, Emma Gibson graduated from California State University, Fullerton, before returning to her family’s Texas roots. There, she served on Senator Ted Cruz’s team and later joined the Texas Public Policy Foundation, where she advanced TPPF’s mission to make Texas—and America—the freest place on Earth.

Before joining the America First Policy Institute, Emma worked for Texas State Senator Bryan Hughes, where she supported key legislation to secure elections, protect the unborn, and promote the Make America Healthy Again initiative.
