Kristen Ziccarelli

Kristen Ziccarelli serves as the Director of Civilizational Action at the America First Policy Institute. She began her tenure at AFPI in 2021, and has served as the Senior Policy Analyst for Homeland Security & Immigration, and Director of Production.

Before joining AFPI, Kristen worked in the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, where she supported coordination between state and local leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic, and at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, serving three consecutive summer terms. Kristen has completed fellowships with Alliance Defending Freedom, Claremont Institute, Faith & Reason Institute, Public Interest Fellowship, Hudson Institute, Hertog Foundation, Heritage Foundation, and the Alexander Hamilton Society. She earned her Master’s in International Business from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Finance from Christopher Newport University.

Kristen grew up in Germany, Slovenia, Boston, Chicago, and Virginia, Kristen now resides in Washington, D.C. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, traveling, photography, classical piano, sacred music, and volunteering as a tour guide at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
