AFPI Celebrates Nuclear Family Month

Washington D.C. – This month, America First Policy Institute (AFPI) celebrates the nuclear family, the bedrock of our nation and of a strong and prosperous society. The nuclear family is foundational to raising the next generation of Americans, strengthening communities, and preserving the values, traditions, and way of life that define our nation.

“Every child deserves a loving and stable family. The nuclear family is not only a tradition to be admired, but a truth to be defended," said Dr. Richard Rogers, Vice-Chair for American Values. "Nuclear Family Month is a time to recommit ourselves to the values of marriage and parenthood, without which we would have no future.”

Too many forces in our culture have sought to weaken marriage and the family unit, often treating the values that sustain strong homes as outdated or expendable. Nuclear Family Month is a reminder that strong families are essential to a strong America. When parents are supported, children are nurtured, communities are strengthened, and our nation remains resilient.
