House to Senate: SAVE America is a Must-Pass Piece of Legislation
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) applauds the House, under the leadership of Speaker Mike Johnson, for designating the SAVE America Act as a must-pass piece of legislation by merging it with the State Department appropriations package that will be sent to the Senate.

AFPI’s Ken Blackwell Submits Comment to OMB on Proposed Election Rulemaking
Today, the America First Policy Institute’s J. Kenneth Blackwell, chair for Election Integrity, submitted a public comment to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on a proposed rule which would ensure that federal funds are not used to support partisan election-related activities.

Your Mail-In Ballot Should Not Disappear into the Mail System
Absentee ballot voting has existed for decades as an accommodation for Americans who could not reasonably vote in person. It began with military members serving away from home and later extended to voters who were legitimately unable to appear at the polls because of disability, travel, or other serious circumstances.

AFPI Celebrates Wins, Laments Setbacks in Supreme Court Today
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) has released statements from experts Chad Mizelle, senior fellow for Law & Justice, and J. Kenneth Blackwell, chair for Election Integrity, in response to the Supreme Court decisions released today in the cases of Trump v. Slaughter, Trump v. Cook, and Watson v. RNC. AFPI filed amicus briefs with the Court in these cases in support of the authority of the Executive Branch, and election security.
