The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) is seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven Policy Analyst for the Western Hemisphere Initiative to support the Director, Senior Director, and AFPI senior leadership in developing and advancing America First policies throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and the broader Western Hemisphere. This role is intended for an exceptional researcher, writer, and strategic thinker who is fluent in Spanish and possesses a strong understanding of the region's political, economic, and security landscape. The successful candidate will help shape the Initiative's policy agenda, provide timely analysis on emerging developments, and support the execution of high-impact projects that advance AFPI's mission. The position offers the opportunity to work with senior leadership and engage across a wide range of issues and initiatives. In addition to substantive policy work, the successful candidate should be prepared to contribute wherever needed to support AFPI’s objectives, including events, special projects, and other priorities as they arise.

The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) is seeking motivated law students with a passion for public interest litigation. The qualified applicant should possess a deep respect for American liberty and constitutional law, and an eagerness to challenge legal precedent and convention in the service of both. This law clerk will work to blaze new pathways that protect and defend America First policies and constitutional freedoms against the egregious overreach of Big Government.

This position will serve as a part-time member of AFPI's Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis (OFRA) team. The Visiting Fellow will work directly with senior members of OFRA, contributing external academic perspective and expertise to OFRA's policy portfolio across fiscal, regulatory, government efficiency, and other areas. This position would be a good fit for established academic researchers passionate about engaging with applied policy work and shaping policy conversations.

This position will serve as a part-time member of AFPI's Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis (OFRA) team. The Fellow will work directly with senior members of OFRA, contributing as a Research Engineer on projects at the intersection of their research agenda and OFRA's policy portfolio across fiscal, regulatory, government efficiency, and other areas. The Research Engineer will work directly with senior members of OFRA to deliver tools and analyses that answer policy questions for policymakers in various fields. The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) is seeking an experienced trial litigator to join its Legal Team. This is a senior role for a candidate who is capable of independently conceiving, developing, and executing high-impact constitutional and civil rights litigation from inception through final resolution. This is not a junior support role. We are seeking a confident courtroom advocate who can run complex litigation matters start to finish — including strategy, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal — with minimal oversight. Public sector litigation experience, such as with a federal agency or a state attorney general’s office, is a major plus, particularly for candidates with experience defending or challenging state action, managing multi-party litigation, or coordinating with government stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses deep constitutional fluency, sound strategic judgment, and the professional maturity to represent AFPI in high-stakes matters in federal and state courts.

This position will serve as a key senior member of AFPI's Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis (OFRA) team. The Senior Advisor will lead OFRA's work in policy verticals across fiscal, regulatory, government efficiency, and other areas, working with OFRA leadership on strategy and with Research Engineers on execution. This position would be a good fit for those passionate about developing and deploying their expertise at scale in a variety of policy areas.

This position will serve as a key member of AFPI’s Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis (OFRA) team. The Program Assistant will work directly with senior members of OFRA to help advance its policy operations. This position would be a good fit for those passionate about applying their skills to public policy.

The Director for the Energy and Environment Policy will work with the Chief Policy Officer and the Senior Policy Officer, among other leaders of the Institute, to develop AFPI’s strategic vision and operational plans and manage the execution of AFPI's policies.
