AFPI Responds to Being Targeted in Operation Arctic Frost

Washington D.C.—Today the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) released the following statement from Chief Spokesperson, Jenn Pellegrino, regarding the release of the Arctic Frost files, in which AFPI was named:

“The inclusion of the America First Policy Institute in the Arctic Frost investigation is nothing short of an outrageous example of weaponized government by the Biden Administration FBI, which abused taxpayer dollars to intimidate and smear conservative organizations. This was a politically motivated attack against AFPI—to the point that three years later, the FBI reclassified the investigation as 'bogus.' Such misuse of federal law enforcement is an affront to our democratic principles and cannot be tolerated.”

“Yet the mindset that drove these bogus investigations to silence conservatives has not gone away. Many power-hungry bureaucrats continue to wield power to target political and ideological opponents, keeping the Arctic Frost playbook alive and well. This egregious abuse of power must stop.”
