Secretary Robert Wilkie and Fred Fleitz Condemn the Murder of Two Israeli Diplomats Outside the Capitol Jewish Museum
Washington, DC - Today, the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) released the following statements from Secretary Robert Wilkie, Chair for American Security and Vice Chair Fred Fleitz on the brutal murder of Israeli diplomats Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgram by a far-left antisemitic extremist:
“AFPI condemns the despicable murder of two Israeli embassy staffers last night outside the Capitol Jewish Museum in Washington D.C. by an antisemitic extremist in the strongest possible terms. The two Israelis, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgram, were a young couple about to be engaged to be married. I had the privilege of meeting with Mr. Lischinsky to discuss U.S.-Israeli relations at AFPI last year and remember him as a knowledgeable foreign affairs expert with a bright future. My heart goes out to their families. May their memories be a blessing," said Fred Fleitz.
"Antisemitism is the oldest hatred in the world. The United States was the first sanctuary where the Jewish people could finally live in peace. George Washington himself offered his hand to Jews across the world to come to our shores in freedom," added Secretary Wilkie. "This ongoing violence against Jewish people must never be tolerated. It is time for the American left to finally condemn this vile hatred."
