For too long, states have taken a passive approach to immigration enforcement – deferring almost entirely to the federal government even as the consequences of illegal immigration increasingly fall on state budgets, schools, hospitals and law enforcement agencies.

Tennessee is charting a different path. They are joining states like Florida, Texas, and Indiana in the fight to supercharge mass deportations and ensure economic opportunities for Americans – not illegal aliens.

Radical leftist states like California, Illinois, and New York are encouraging illegal immigration, releasing violent illegal aliens into their communities, and giving taxpayer benefits to illegal aliens.
