Chad Gilmartin serves as chief public affairs officer at AFPI. Gilmartin most recently served during President Trump's second term at the Department of Justice and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where he helped lead press and coordinate communications. He also served in the White House press office during the first Trump Administration and worked for two speakers of the House.
Gilmartin attended the George Washington University, where he graduated a year early and earned a degree in political science. He enjoys good coffee, staying active both in the gym and with long walks on the National Mall, and reading history.
