Elliot Rosner
Policy Analyst and Coordinator, American Security
Elliot Rosner serves as an American Security policy analyst and coordinator at AFPI, working closely with Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, USA (Ret.), co-chair of American Security policy.
Rosner served in the White House for one year in the Office of the Special Assistant to the President and Special Presidential Envoy for Ukraine, where he led White House operations and coordinated with senior interagency personnel on all matters pertaining to the Russia–Ukraine war. He supported Kellogg's day-to-day functions and travel as special presidential envoy.
A retired colonel, Rosner served more than 30 years in the U.S. Army in various command and staff assignments, culminating as the Army attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy. A native Italian speaker, he earned a bachelor's degree in science and engineering from the United States Military Academy, a master's degree in military arts and science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a master's degree in national security strategy from the National War College. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
