Faith Novak serves as the Digital Marketing Manager and Producer of the Lou Holtz Show at the America First Policy Institute. Prior to joining AFPI, Novak served on the Trump-Vance Transition Team as a Research Coordinator. She also worked as an Assistant Hiring Manager for a U.S. Senate campaign and as a Regional Field Director for a Lieutenant Governor campaign. Novak previously held leadership roles at Argus Insight as a Vice President and also at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. She graduated from Liberty University summa cum laude with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Government with a concentration in politics and policy. During college, Novak interned with former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, as well as at the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense. Outside of her professional work, Novak enjoys hiking, Bible studies, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
