James Carafano is a national security and foreign policy expert and an accomplished historian and teacher. Carafano is a prolific author and media commentator. His expertise includes outreach and networking around the world. Carafano served in the U.S. Army for 25 years and has decades of experience working in U.S. think tanks and as an advisor on boards and commissions. He has a bachelor's degree from West Point and a Ph.D. from Georgetown University.
