Rebecca Yardley
Executive Director, AFPI Georgia
Rebecca is a 6th generation Georgian, who calls the North Georgia mountains home. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of AFPI-Georgia. Yardley has over 30 years' experience in politics, having worked on numerous campaigns in addition to spending the last 20 years as a grassroots community activist with the Georgia Republican Party, serving at the local, district and state levels. Yardley also served as a City Council member in Cleveland, Georgia, for three years, including one year as Mayor Pro Tem. In addition to being an active political member, Rebecca is also a volunteer with many community organizations.
Yardley attended Valdosta State University, where she studied Music Education and enjoys singing in her spare time as well as cheering for the University of Georgia Bulldogs. Rebecca is married to Kris Yardley. Together they have two adult daughters, Ansleigh and Peyton.
