The America 250 Civics Education Coalition, led by the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) in collaboration with its partner organizations, and in formal partnership with Secretary Linda E. McMahon and the U.S. Department of Education, is committed to advancing civic education as a cornerstone of our nation’s strength and vitality. In preparation for America’s Semiquincentennial in 2026, the coalition—through nationwide programs including state tours, lectures, student competitions, and teacher summits—will celebrate our nation’s rich history, inspire citizens of all ages to reflect on America’s story, deepen understanding of civic responsibility, and reinforce the shared values that unite us as one nation.
