AFPI Commends House Passage of the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) released the following statement in response to the House of Representatives passing the fiscal year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act:

The House of Representatives has sent a clear message: America’s warfighters come first. The passage of the FY2027 NDAA, authorizing a historic $1.15 trillion defense budget, strengthening America’s defense industrial base, and increasing active-duty force size, reflects exactly the kind of peace-through-strength commitment our military deserves. Courageous men and women put their lives on the line for this Nation, and Congress is right to ensure they have the resources, the compensation, and the readiness to do their jobs.
