Fight, Fight, Fight: One Year After the Assassination Attempt in Butler, PA
Washington D.C.— One year ago today, President Trump narrowly evaded an assassination attempt that could have changed the future of western civilization.
After years of escalating rhetoric meant to demean and disparage the America First movement and President Trump’s leadership, the hatred pushed by his opponents and the mainstream media exploded—and President Trump nearly lost his life as a result. Tragically, one of the bullets intended for President Trump struck and killed Corey Comperatore, whose life was lost exercising his constitutionally protected rights in that Butler, PA field.
After President Trump was struck by the bullet, he got up, raised his fist and cried out “Fight, Fight, Fight.” This utterance embodied his 2024 presidential campaign and his mission to put the American people first.
“Fight, fight, fight” has become the theme of the most remarkable and productive first six months of any president in U.S. history. It’s uncommon in Washington, D.C. to witness someone entirely focused on delivering their campaign promises. And yet, President Trump has fought tirelessly to stop illegal immigration, deport criminal illegal aliens, avoid the biggest tax hike in American history, reinvigorate our economy, slash federal spending, return education to families and the states, bring manufacturing back to the United States, ensure our trade agreements are not only equitable but beneficial to Americans, restore energy independence, engage in foreign policy that prioritizes American interests above all else, protect American farmers and agriculture, focus entitlement programs on only those who need them, and much more.
On this somber anniversary, we give thanks to Almighty God for sparing President Trump’s life. We remember the loss of Corey Comperatore and ask for a blessing of comfort for his family and loved ones. God Bless America—we will never stop fighting to defend her.
