Austin Appling

Austin Appling serves as the studios and productions manager at AFPI. In this role, he supports production schedules, live media operations, event execution, and photography for America First Studios and Productions. He also serves as operations and media manager at Food Aid International, leading media strategy, logistics, and event planning for large-scale outreach initiatives.

Appling began his career as an audio-visual coordinator at his father's church, The Grove, in Georgia, before spending eight years as a touring musician with multiple artists, working in studios to produce live shows and recordings. He also served as media director and content creator at Speak For Life in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from Commerce, Georgia, he now lives in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and going to the movies with his wife, Lillian.
