Jackson Vermillion serves as a program assistant at AFPI, supporting the Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis in research, coordination, and administrative operations.

Vermillion studied political science at the University of North Texas, where he developed a strong interest in public policy and American politics. His academic work focused on understanding how government policy shapes political and economic outcomes.

He brings a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to his work and is eager to contribute to AFPI’s policy initiatives while continuing to develop his professional experience.

Originally from Texas, Vermillion enjoys following political developments, studying history, and expanding his understanding of public policy.
