Brandon Palumbo serves as director of government affairs and outreach at AFPI, where he supports engagement with policymakers, coalition partners, and stakeholders across the conservative movement.
Palumbo brings more than nine years of experience in federal legislative strategy, congressional oversight, regulatory advocacy, and technology policy. Before joining AFPI, he led state and federal advocacy at the Travel Technology Association on issues involving digital markets, online platforms, consumer protection, competition, and emerging technology.
Previously, Palumbo served as a senior policy advisor at Michael Best Strategies and worked in the office of U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, managing legislative and oversight matters within the jurisdiction of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also served at The Heritage Foundation and began his Senate career in the office of U.S. Senator John N. Kennedy.
Palumbo earned a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Liberty University. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife.
