Connor Priede serves as a project manager at AFPI. Before joining AFPI, Priede gained experience in public policy, government affairs, and the legal field through internships in the U.S. House of Representatives and Florida's 12th Judicial Circuit Court, as well as a union-focused role supporting member services and organizational operations. On Capitol Hill, he interned for Reps. Byron Donalds and Vern Buchanan, where his work included legislative research, constituent communications, briefing materials, and policy analysis on uranium enrichment and nuclear regulation, infrastructure legislation, tax policy, and Florida space priorities.
Priede graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and international affairs and a minor in economics. At Florida State, he served as president of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity with more than 200 members, and studied abroad in Valencia, Spain, where he worked as a brand ambassador for Florida State International Programs. Outside of work, Priede enjoys marathon training and spending time outdoors.
