Lead with grace, speak with truth, and walk in the confidence of your calling.
- Christine Caine
Lauren Brasher discovered her passion for empowering women early when she represented the City of Dallas as Miss Dallas Teen USA. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to encouraging, equipping, and empowering women to live out their purpose with confidence. Through her work with the Women’s Initiative at the America First Policy Institute, Lauren will collaborate with the Chairwoman to develop and implement programs that empower women and strengthen families nationwide.
Lauren began her career in modeling, representing national brands at major industry events and leveraging social media to grow her personal brand and secure partnerships. She later transitioned into digital marketing, where she led social strategy, managed influencer campaigns, and planned large-scale events and product launches. Her love for meaningful experiences continued through planning luxury weddings and private events.
She also brings a strong background in sales, having managed hundreds of enterprise and global accounts and consistently exceeded performance goals through relationship-driven strategy.
A proud Texas native and graduate of Texas A&M University, Lauren now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Seth. She is deeply rooted in her faith, loves spending time with family, and finds joy in hosting friends, traveling, and making everyday moments feel meaningful.
