Nathan grew up in Hutchinson, MN, and serves as a Researcher for the Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis at AFPI. He has experience applying machine learning techniques to complex problems in education, marketing, and finance. A lifelong language learner, Nathan speaks proficient Mandarin Chinese and has a limited proficiency in German. He holds a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Denver and an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified Data Scientist in the State of New York.
