Tracey Stetler serves as senior director of events at AFPI, leading the organization’s nationwide events portfolio. She oversees the development and execution of events, partnering with senior leadership to advance organizational priorities, strengthen strategic relationships, and elevate AFPI’s visibility and impact.
She brings more than 30 years of leadership across financial services, consumer products, real estate, events, and business development.
Stetler holds a Master of Business Administration in new ventures and entrepreneurial studies from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design and space planning from Ringling College of Art and Design. Her award-winning design work has been featured on magazine covers and in projects for leading Wall Street firms, celebrities, and dignitaries. Her background spans design, architecture, construction, and business strategy.
Beyond her professional work, she invests in others through mentorship and supports organizations that combat human trafficking, empower women, and protect and serve vulnerable children.
Raised on a third-generation Florida cattle ranch, Stetler was shaped by faith, resilience, hard work, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Her parents taught her to embrace challenges, recognize opportunity, and build success through determination and enterprise—values that continue to define her leadership and belief in the American spirit of opportunity and self-reliance.
