AFPI-NM Applauds President Trump’s $700 Million Investment in American Coal

Washington, D.C. — The America First Policy Institute’s (AFPI) New Mexico state chapter released the following statement from New Mexico Executive Director Vincent Torres on President Trump's announcement today of nearly $700 million in federal support for American coal.

"The President's announcement today regarding coal is a welcome step toward American energy dominance. For New Mexico, this investment is especially significant. It will preserve jobs, support our tribal and local infrastructure, and reinforce the Land of Enchantment's role as a leader in energy production. AFPI – New Mexico applauds the President for once again advancing policies that put our American workers and industries first."
