America First Policy Institute Launches New Mexico State Chapter
Washington D.C.— The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) today announced the launch of its New Mexico state chapter. AFPI–New Mexico (AFPI-NM) is the latest chapter to launch as part of AFPI’s growing state-based infrastructure.
Vince Torres, a native New Mexican with nearly two decades of public service and political experience, has been named the chapter’s Executive Director.
“Vince Torres is a proven and respected leader who understands what New Mexico families need to thrive,” said Stephanie Whitt, AFPI’s Chief State Action and Engagement Officer. “His longtime experience in the state will be a tremendous asset as we work to promote policies that put Americans first.”
“New Mexico stands at a turning point, ready to embrace leadership rooted in freedom and common sense,” added Ashley Hayek, AFPI Executive Vice President. “Our mission is simple: empower New Mexicans with policies that uphold American values and secure their role in safeguarding our nation’s future.”
This new chapter is an expansion of AFPI’s commitment to promoting state-level policy solutions rooted in the America First Agenda in every state in our union.
