New Jersey State Police pulled in behind riot lines. Arrests have piled up, and the city implemented a nightly curfew in the vicinity of the facility. Unfortunately, the willingness of state and local officials to challenge the rioters fluctuates daily as the political winds continue to blow.

The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) New Jersey Chapter today responded to the ongoing violence and unrest outside the Delaney Hall immigration detention facility in Newark, where demonstrators and out-of-state instigators have viciously targeted federal agents and New Jersey State Police over the past week, leading to arrests, the assault of officers, threats against the families of law enforcement, and a curfew for the half-mile around Delaney Hall.
