America is under threat from ideologies that are eroding our founding principles. The American way of life, including federalism, free speech, and the rule of law, is being undermined and distorted by Big Government, Big Tech, and Big Media. The America First Policy Institute established the Litigation team to restore the most fundamental rights of all Americans. They fight to rebuild a government that is of the people, for the people, and by the people.

Letter Demanding Accountability from Cornell University for Systemic, Intentional, and Unlawful Discrimination
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) Litigation team sent a letter to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) to demand accountability from Cornell University for systemic, intentional, and unlawful discrimination that violates federal civil rights laws and accreditation standards. Despite Cornell’s public claims of merit-driven decision-making, the evidence demonstrates that the university has embraced and normalized policies that elevate race, sex, and other immutable traits above merit in hiring, retention, and advancement.
D.C. Area Superintendent Refuses to Comply with Federal Mandates
On August 15, Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) superintendent Dr. Michelle Reid informed parents that FCPS would continue enforcing transgender student policies that the U.S. Department of Education advised are unlawful under Title IX, thereby jeopardizing the district’s access to $160 million in federal education dollars.
Constitutionality of Eliminating Religious Exemptions for Vaccine Mandates
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has recommended eliminating nonmedical exemptions from school vaccine mandates. It explicitly urges state and local governments to target religious exemptions, claiming—without basis—that no ”major world religious traditions” oppose vaccination, and characterizes those who do as fringe “small communities.”
AFPI Calls on Washington State to End Dangerous Inmate Policy After Assault at Women’s Prison
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) has called on the Washington State Department of Corrections to immediately revoke its Transgender Inmate Policy following a violent assault of a female inmate by a male housed at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW).
Cornell University Discriminated Against Me
I’m filing a complaint against Cornell University for racial discrimination. This isn’t a political stunt or publicity grab. It’s a last resort in response to a gross injustice that destroyed the career I spent more than a decade building. It’s about holding accountable a powerful institution that violated the law, abandoned its principles, and discriminated against me because of my race.
